If the Policyholder misses a premium payment, he/she has 1 (one) month’s grace after the premium due date to pay it. If the Policyholder fails to pay a premium within the grace period, then the cover will end.
If the Policyholder pays the premium at any time within the grace period, then cover shall continue. However, OMART must have received the first premium for the 1 (one) month’s grace period to apply. If OMART terminated cover because the Policyholder did not pay premiums and the Policyholder would like to restart the Policy, the Policyholder must apply for a new Policy. The terms and conditions of a new policy application at that time will apply.
